NEW SONG & VIDEO 'The Ballad of Maria Marten'
Filmed by my pal Vince in Bingley. This will be on solo record 4 which I am currently mixing. Aiming for Spring 2026.
It's an old English murder ballad from the mid 1800s which I have re-arranged. A true story about the tragic murder of Maria Marten.

I've re-released ‘TAO BANJO’ from earlier this year, with an extra track. It's an instrumental banjo album featuring synths, pedal steel and guitars. It's probably ‘post-rock’ but definitely night-time music. I loved making it and I like how it turned out.

I've released a mini album aimed at kids which doubles as a FREE singing resource aimed at KS2 children.
It's four songs with positive messages about school & learning, friendship & overcoming struggles, in a punk and reggae style! There are vocal-free backing tracks available as well.

A few recent things:
- I released an instrumental album ‘TAO BANJO’ on the 1st February 2025 (currently digitally only). It's the post-rock with banjo album that no-one asked for. I very much enjoyed making it. Click the artwork to feel transcendent:
